Business and first class passengers taking advantage of Emirates’ chauffeur drive service at Heathrow can now make use of an arrivals lounge prior to setting off on their journey.
The carrier says the lounge is located just 15 metres from where chauffeur cars are parked outside Terminal 3, and offers facilities including seating for up to 30 people, drinks and snacks, newspapers and magazines, satellite TV, a business area with computers, and free wifi.
The facility is Emirates’ first Heathrow arrivals lounge, adding to the carrier’s established departures lounge at the airport.
Emirates offers five daily services between Dubai and Heathrow, four of which will be served by the A380 superjumbo by next March (see online news December 15).
